<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage supply device capable of detecting the clogging of a filter, thereby performing the cleansing operation of the filter. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage supply device 1 includes: an extraction chamber 56 which is supplied with a powder material P; a hot water supply device 32 which supplies the extraction chamber 56 with pressurized hot water through a hot water path 32a; the filter 55 which filters the extracted liquid made to flow out from the extraction chamber 56; an extracted liquid flow out path through which the extracted liquid having passed through the filter 55 flows out; and a filter clogging detection means 35 provided in the path from the hot water supply device 32 through to the terminal of the extracted liquid flow out path. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
