<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraint system enhancing the restraint performance from the vehicular interior side of an occupant. <P>SOLUTION: (1) The occupant restraint system 10 includes an airbag 20 to be deployed to the vehicular interior side of an occupant head part, a three-point type seat belt 1, and a restraint member 30 in which one end 31 is movably hooked to a shoulder belt part 2 of a seat belt 1 when the airbag 20 is operated, and supported by a seatback 91 at a part 32 opposite to one end to restrain the occupant from the vehicular interior side. The restraint member 30 is supported at both ends, and the restraint performance can be enhanced. (2) The restraint member 30 comprises a tether. A plate 33 with a claw is fitted to one end of the tether, and the plate 33 with the claw is connected to a wire 35. The wire 35 is movably hooked to the shoulder belt part 2. (3) The restraint member 30 comprises a second airbag to be deployed on the vehicular interior side of an occupant body.
