<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which enables a content accommodated in the container to be heated by not only an induction range but a microwave oven, and which can prevent the breakage of the container exactly even when the content is heated with the microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet-like material having a metallic layer 10 composed of a metal generating heat by an eddy current induced through a high frequency magnetic field, and a resin layer 11 laminated on the metallic layer 10 is formed into the container 1 of a predetermined shape.
