<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently producing a multilayered coating film having excellent inter-layer adhesion that includes a functional film, for example, an antistatic film, an anti-stain film or the like disposed on the surface thereof and is useful in an optical application, a building material application or the like, by using a simple means of conducting the phase separation of a one-component coating liquid using a magnetic field. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing a multilayered coating film includes a process of forming a coating film using a one-component coating liquid comprising (A) a magnetic organic material exhibiting magnetism in a magnetic field, and (B) a non-magnetic organic material exhibiting no magnetism or a weak magnetic organic material exhibiting slight magnetism in a magnetic field, and a subsequent process of subjecting the resulting coating film to a magnetic treatment to carry out the phase separation of (A) the magnetic organic material and (B) the non-magnetic organic material or the weak magnetic organic material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
