<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate for bonding a diffusion film and a polarizing film in sufficiently high adhesion strength even when using the diffusion film consisting of a resin film with low permeable humidity and having excellent external appearance, and to provide a rear face side polarizing plate arranged between a liquid crystal cell and a backlight in particular, a liquid crystal panel using the polarizing plate, and a liquid crystal display. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing plate includes a polarizing film consisting of a uniaxial stretching polyvinyl alcohol based resin film adsorbing and aligning iodine or a dichroism dye, and the diffusion film having 1% or above of haze laminated through an adhesive layer on at least one face of the polarizing film. Concerning the adhesive layer, the polarizing plate includes a cured matter of a cured resin composition containing an epoxy resin.
