<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and easily repair the leakage of gas without using fire when gas leaks from a high pressure and large diameter pipe. <P>SOLUTION: When an open hole is produced in a fluid carrying pipe, a FRP sheet is pressed through the outer periphery side of the pipe against the surface of the pipe around the open hole and fixed thereto by a sheet pressure plate.
