PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efflorescence prevention agent for high flow mortar and to provide high flow mortar in which efflorescence is hard to be generated. SOLUTION: The efflorescence prevention agent for high flow mortar comprises: (A) a cellulose derivative; (B) a polymer; and (C) anhydrous gypsum, and in which the solid content mass ratio between the components (A) and (B), ((A)/(B)) is 0.1 to 1.4, and also, the total content of the components (A) and (B) upon blending into mortar is 0.3 to 9.0 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of cement.
