PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device capable of providing a power-saving effect suitable for apartment housing by determining that a toilet is not in use when a toilet illuminating lamp 60 is turned off since the toilet illuminating lamp is turned on when the toilet is in use for the toilet without a window of the apartment housing and setting a hot-water heater and a toilet seat heater to a power-saving mode which reduces an electrification rate more than in a normal electrification mode when the atmospheric temperature in a toilet room is high as in summer season though both a hot water temperature and a heated toilet seat temperature may be set lower than in the normal state when the toilet is not in use since both a supplied water temperature and a toilet room temperature are high in summer season. SOLUTION: When the toilet illuminating lamp in the toilet room in which the toilet seat device is installed is turned on, the toilet seat heater and the hot-water heater are normally in an electrification control mode. When the toilet illuminating lamp is turned off, and an atmospheric temperature detection sensor in the toilet room detects a predetermined temperature or higher, the control mode is set to the power-saving mode which reduces the temperatures raised by the toilet seat heater and the hot-water heater.
