<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide child raising pants shaping a beautiful hipline with growth without hindering growth of the hip. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The child raising pants include a front body 2 and a back body 3 continuously in the circumferential direction, and upper end have a waist band part 17 at the upper edge and a bottom part 18 at the lower edge. A pants body 1 is made of a stretchable knitted fabric containing an elastic yarn. The back body 3 is formed from the lower side of the hip to the right and left upper side along the swell of the hip, and has a hip up part 15 with the strongest tightening force compared to other regions, and two right and left top cover parts 14 and 14 each covering the swell top circumference of the hip on the upper side of the hip up part 15. Furthermore, regions excluding the top cover parts 14 fit the body of a wearer, but only the top cover parts 14 are formed to have slack to the extent of allowing not to be in close contact with the hip.
