PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a data transfer control device in which the number of downstream ports can be increased while suppressing expansion or the like in layout area; an integrated circuit device; and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The data transfer control device includes: an upstream port circuit 10 for connecting to a host controller HC; a plurality of downstream port circuits DP1-DP4 for connecting to a plurality of devices DEV1-DEV4; and a hub logic circuit 40 for performing data transfer control between the host controller HC and the plurality of devices DEV1-DEV4. The upstream port circuit 10 is a first transfer mode-compatible upstream port circuit and among the downstream port circuits DP1-DP4, DP1-DP3 are first transfer mode-compatible downstream port circuits and the downstream port circuit DP4 other than DP1-DP3 is a first transfer mode-non-compatible but second transfer mode-compatible downstream port circuit, the second transfer mode having lower speed than the first transfer mode.
