<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device accurately and easily positioning relative to a measuring sensor a measuring position of an object to be measured. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The measuring device 1 includes measuring sensors 3, 3 for measuring a dimension of a sintered component 2, a fixing section 10 to which the measuring sensors 3, 3 are attached, and a tool 20 for holding the sintered component 2. In the fixing section 10, a guide slot 13 is formed on a two-dimensional plane to guide the tool 20 to a measuring point, and a positioning slot 14 is formed on the guide slot 13 so that the width and depth of the positioning slot are larger than those of the guide slot 13, to position the tool 20 relative to the fixing section 10 such that the measuring positions A-P, A-P of the sintered component 2 correspond to the measuring point. In the tool 20, a compression spring 25 urging a ball 26 larger than the width of the guide slot 13 and smaller than the width of the positioning slot 14 toward the fixing section 10 is provided.
