<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower wear for preventing metabolic syndrome by being worn, and enabling, for instance, a business man who has less exercise time to take measures of metabolic syndrome for a long time by wearing suits slacks for business man. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This lower wear is so designed that a slip stopper 10 is made by providing a nonslip part 12 made of a mixed material obtained by mixing germanium powder with silicone, on one side of a belt-like foundation 11, and the slip stopper 10 is provided along the waist direction inside waist parts 6, 7, and 8 of the lower wear 1 to arrange the nonslip part 12 inside the lower wear 1.
