PURPOSE: A connector assembly for a substrate connection is provided to minimize a deformation and a secession of the first terminal due to a flow of an internal housing by including a spring of a terminal in the second connector. CONSTITUTION: An external housing(41) is fixed to the first substrate and comprises a space inside. An internal housing(51) is included in order to have a gap between the external housing, and it is movable. The first terminal(60) interlinks the external housing and the internal housing. The first shield covers the external housing, and blocks out an electromagnetic interference. The second connector comprises a connector housing combined with the internal housing and the second terminal contacting the first terminal. A stopper(67') regulates a flow to an upward of the internal housing.
