PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for chocolate containing Corni Fructus and persimmon is provided to help for treating diseases and preserving health with various nutrients, and to improve natural fresh flavor and taste of the chocolate by adding Corni Fructus powder and persimmon powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for chocolate containing Corni Fructus and persimmon comprises a step for mixing chocolate powder 80 weight% in a cocoa mass or a flake state, Corni Fructus powder 10 weight% and persimmon power 10 weight%. A manufacturing method for the Corni Fructus powder includes the following steps: soaking the Corni Fructus in salt water for 1 ~ 5 hours or parboiling the Corni Fructus in the heated salt water for 5 ~ 10 mintes; removing seeds from the Corni Fructus; drying the Corni Fructus; and pulverizing the dried Corni Fructus. |
