<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for detecting the pain of a patient during a surgery and treatment under sedation, thereby evaluating the painkilling degree of a painkiller administered for the surgery and the treatment and managing the painkilling of the patient during the surgery and the treatment. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a method of detecting the pain of the patient in endoscopic submucosal dissection under conscious sedation, in which amylase in a salivary specimen or its activity is an objective index, the method of evaluating the painkilling degree by the painkiller during the surgery, the painkilling management method during the surgery, a medicine supplying device and a reporting device for painkilling management. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
