<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer detecting presence of a bad mark or the like without increasing a cycle time. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On the upstream side of a print station 201 of this screen printer 2, a detection station 102 is arranged above a supply conveyer 17; and a bad mark sensor 104 arranged in a bad mark detector of the detection station 102 is moved by a Y-axis drive motor along a beam extending in the Y-axis direction, and detects a bad mark 123 attached to a printed board P.
