MELT EXTRUSION MOLDING METHOD OF LOW DENSITY POLYETHYLENE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of suppressing a film edge undulation phenomenon when melt-extruding low density polyethylene.

SOLUTION: A melt extrusion molding method is provided wherein the low density polyethylene is molded by using T-dies holding an inner deckle (A) 11 set nearest to an extruder and an inner deckle (B) set nearest to a lip opening to meet the following requirement 1: (1) the distance 15 between a pointβand a pointγis 40 mm or smaller assuming that in Fig.3, the nearest point to a center line of the die in a straight line of one side of the lip opening side of the inner deckle (A) 11 as a pointα; the nearest point at one side of the extruder side of the inner deckle (B) as a pointβ; and a cross point of an extended line at one side of the extruder side of the inner deckle (B) with a vertical line from the pointαas a pointγ.
