<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control device for vehicle that enables effective utilization of power stored in a capacitor, while suppressing the deterioration of the capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: This device includes: battery voltage detection means 4 for detecting the voltage of a battery 5 that supplies power to electrical load on a vehicle; capacitor voltage detection means 3 for detecting the voltage of a capacitor 1 that supplies power to the battery 5; and an ECU 7 that sets a remaining time based on the ambient temperature relating to the deterioration of the capacitor 1, and transfers the power stored in the capacitor 1 to the battery 5 via a DC/DC converter 10, while maintaining the capacitor voltage not less than the battery voltage until the remaining time elapses after the ignition switch is turned off.
