<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forged billet which is excellent in mechanical strength and from which forged products (wheel or the like) having uniform mechanical strength are manufactured, and the wheel obtained from the forged billet. <P>SOLUTION: This forged billet 10 is obtained by making a cast billet 4 by casting light metal alloy and compressing the cast billet 4 under pressure, wherein an average particle diameter of metal crystal grains based on the method of cutting of JIS H0542 is≤30μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
