<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery that includes a transparent conductive layer having a high transmissivity of electromagnetic waves in an infrared wavelength region and a small sheet resistance and containing metal nanowires, and that has a high conversion efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery is equipped with the transparent conductive layer 500 that has an average transmissivity of 80% or above for electromagnetic waves having a wavelength of 1,100 to 2,000 nm and has a sheet resistance of 20Ω/sq. or below, wherein the transparent conductive layer 500 contains metal nanowires. It is preferred that the conductivity in the planar direction is larger than that in the thickness in the transparent conductive layer 500 or the amount of metal nanowires having a diameter of 50 nm or below and a length of 5μm or above is 50 mass% or above in terms of an amount of metal with respect to all metal particles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
