<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical base film excellent in adhesion with a substrate polyester film, and provided with sufficiently low surface reflectance without depending on an expensive multilayered antireflective layer. <P>SOLUTION: This optical base film comprises a biaxially-stretched polyester film and a coating layer directly provided on at least one side surface thereof, where the coating layer comprises an acrylic copolymer comprising a fluoroalkyl (meth)acrylate as a main component of polymerization and a (meth)acrylate not containing fluorine as a sub-component of polymerization, and has a minimum value of surface reflectance in a wavelength region of 300-800 nm of 0.5-8.0%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
