PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scratch card which does not reduce interest in scratch even after scratching a secret information concealing layer, and can improve design performance for the scratch card after the scratch. SOLUTION: The scratch card includes: a substrate; a first secret information printing part provided by printing first secret information in one area on the substrate; a first secret information concealing layer formed so as to cover the first secret information printing part; a release layer directly or indirectly formed in the other area on the substrate with a predetermined shape and forming the line part of second secret information; and a second secret information concealing layer formed so as to cover the release layer. The scratch card is scratched, so that only the part located on the release layer of the first secret information concealing layer and the second secret information concealing layer is removed.
