<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce procedures prior to a treatment, and to enable the time efficiency of the treatment to be raised by enabling a beam energy to be measured without taking a long period of time for the setting or the measurement prior to the treatment irradiation in a particle beam treatment system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An irradiation nozzle 54 has a beam scanner 1, a dosage monitor 2, and a beam position monitor 3. An irradiation controller 120 deflects the charged particle beam 8 by generating a fixed magnetic field on a scanning electromagnet of the beam scanner 1 when the command of an energy checking mode is commanded, and performs an energy checking from a dosage signal 6 and a position signal 7 which are to be measured.
