PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black chemical conversion treatment liquid for magnesium alloy, which can form a black chemical conversion film superior in the corrosion resistance of a bare material, adhesiveness to a paint film and the corrosion resistance of a painted material, uniformly on the surface of the magnesium alloy, and to provide a black chemical conversion treatment method, a black chemical conversion treatment film and a black chemically-conversion-treated member.
