PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance rigidity without increasing the size of a vibration isolating device, in the vibration isolating device for supporting a transmission on a vehicle body while suppressing the vibration. SOLUTION: The isolating vibration device 1 includes lower side and upper side attaching brackets 3, 5 and support rubber elastic bodies 7, 7. The lower side attaching bracket 3 has a lower side horizontal portion 3a mounted on the vehicle body, and lower side inclining portions 3b, 3b extending from both sides of the lower side horizontal portions 3a obliquely upward. The upper side attaching bracket 5 has an upper side horizontal portion 5a, upper side inclining portions 5b, 5b extending from the upper side horizontal portion 5a obliquely upward, and upper side attaching brackets 5c, 5c mounted on the transmission. The support rubber elastic bodies 7, 7 connect the upper side inclining portions 5b, 5b and lower side inclining portions 3b, 3b. The isolating vibration device 1 includes a stopper rubber 11 for covering the periphery of a through-hole 5d of the upper side horizontal portion 5a, and a trestle 9 mounted on the lower side horizontal portion 3a opening in the attaching bracket longitudinal direction by fixing the lower end of a stopper bolt 31 passing through the through-hole 5d.
