PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric motorcycle for preventing a load from being applied to a wire connected to a power drive unit even when the power drive unit is mounted on a swing arm. SOLUTION: In the electric motorcycle, a PDU 18 and a running-purpose power generating motor 16 are attached to the swing arm 13 turning around a pivot shaft 12, and power from a battery 9 is supplied via a contactor box 70 to the PDU 18 from which the power is supplied to the power generating motor 16. Torsional portions 110c, 120c extending roughly parallel to the pivot shaft 12 are provided in a portion of output lines 110, 120 connecting the contactor box 70 with the PDU 18 to allow torsion to absorb swinging movement of the swing arm 13.
