<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize the deformed amount of a seal member in the circumferential direction in a mounting structure of a fuel pump in which a pump insertion hole and a plurality of engagement pieces are provided at a metal fuel tank, a plurality of claws engaged with respective engagement pieces by rotating a pump case with a tube inserted in the pump insertion hole at a predetermined angle in a predetermined mounting direction project from the pump case which includes at least the tube inserted into the pump insertion hole and is formed of a synthetic resin, and an annular seal member surrounding the pump insertion hole is held between the fuel tank and the pump case.
