<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heated toilet seat apparatus which can maintain cushioning property even after the toilet seat has been used for long years. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This heated toilet seat apparatus includes: a toilet seat having a built-in cushion section made of a shape memory alloy having elasticity between a base material which forms a bottom surface and a sitting surface, and a built-in heater; and a control section which controls heating by the heater. The control section can execute a restoring mode for restoring the cushion section which has been deformed when a person has sat on the sitting surface as a mode for executing heating by the heater.
