Embodiments of the cleaning formulation may comprise a fatty acid, a saponifier, a water conditioner, a solvent, a nonionic surfactant, and an anionic surfactant. Some embodiments optionally include additives. Certain formulation embodiments are particularly effective for cleaning concrete.
