This object is aimed to provide an offshore wind-driven electric power generator by which accurate information on a state of a windmill itself, weather conditions around the electric power generator, and the like can be obtained. The offshore wind-driven electric power generator of the present invention which generates an electric power by driving an electric power generating mechanism with a rotation of a rotor head to which a windmill blade is attached includes a monitor device (10) for monitoring the wind-driven electric power generator itself and a state around the electric power generator.
