PURPOSE: A method for preparing a coating layer for the inner concrete of a purification plant is provided to ensure excellent adhesive properties with the inner concrete of a purification plant, water resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance, and to form a film for concrete without coating a primer. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a coating layer for the inner concrete of a purification plant comprises a step of forming a film by applying a film-forming composition on concrete. The film-forming composition comprises (a) 50-60 weight% glass bead, (b) 10-20 weight% silicon-modified water-soluble epoxy resin, (c) 5-15 weight% water-soluble polyamine resin, (d) 0.1-1 weight% thickener, (e) 0.1-1 weight% anti-foaming agent, and (f) the remaining amount of water. |
