PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing a multicolored varnishing paint with lacquer is provided to obtain a film with various colors using various colors of pigments while using lacquer extracted from a lacquer tree. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing a multicolored varnishing paint with lacquer comprises the steps of: preparing lacquer paint by removing moisture through a continuous stirring motion using a scraper while maintaining a temperature of 10~25 °C; mixing lacquer with an organic solvent and centrifuging the mixture to obtain an organic solvent layer containing urushiol and removing the organic solvent through distillation to prepare a lacquer acid; and adding pigments until the desired color is expressed on the lacquer paint, and adding the lacquer acid until a desired viscosity is obtained. |
