摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing paramagnetic nanoparticles in which a biocompatible polymer is coated on metal oxide is provided to simply manufacture the paramagnetic nanoparticles by coating the nanoparticle in a ultra-fine size using one-step and to make the nanoparticles absorbed to a human body rapidly. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing paramagnetic nanoparticles includes a synthetic step supplying air or oxygen to a polar organic solvent, a metal precursor, and biocompatible polymer and reacting the materials. The synthetic method more includes the step separating the paramagnetic nanoparticles from a reaction product. The synthetic step is performed at 210°C ~ 350°C for 12 hours ~ 48 hours.
