Wireless transmission and reception method for the transmission of sequences of signals (20) between a first transceiver device (12) and at least a second transceiver device (14), wherein the first transceiver device (12) and second transceiver device (14) are disposed outside a reciprocal direct radio- communication range. The method comprises a distribution step of a plurality of intermediate transceiver devices (16), disposed in a non-uniform manner between the first transceiver device (12) and second transceiver device (14) so as to form a linear transceiver chain. The method comprises a step of direct transmission, wherein a first sequence of signals (20) is transmitted from the first transceiver device (12) toward the second transceiver device (14) at regular time intervals, temporally consecutive, able to define a synchronous times base in which each signal (20) of the first sequence is re-transmitted from an intermediate device (16) to an intermediate device (16) immediately adjacent and successive along the path toward the second transceiver device (14). The method comprises a step of indirect transmission, in which a second sequence of signals (20) is transmitted from the second transceiver device (14) toward the first transceiver device (12), wherein each signal (20) of the second sequence is transmitted from an intermediate device (16) to an intermediate device (16) immediately adjacent and successive along the path toward the first transceiver device (12). The signals (20) of the second sequence are transmitted at predetermined regular time intervals defined by the times base in such a manner that each intermediate device (16) receives at most a single signal (20) of the first or second sequence in order to avoid collisions.
