The invention relates to novel 4-phenyl-1,3-azole derivatives of general formula (I) in which R1, R2, R3, R4, X, A, B and n are variable, in a racemic or enantiomer form or any combinations of these forms. These compounds have an affinity for cannabinoid receptors and can therefore be used as medicaments for treating or preventing pathological states and diseases in which one or more of these receptors is (are) involved. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and the use thereof for the production of a medicament.
