PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency by lowering the reflexibility of the solar cell by suppressing the reflection of the incident light from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery includes an n type or p type amorphous silicon layer, a transparent electrode(120) and a metal buffer layer(130). The metal buffer layer is arranged between the transparent electrode and the amorphous silicon layer. The metal buffer layer is made of In, Sn, B, Al, Ga, or Zn and is equal to or thinner than the transparent electrode.
