PURPOSE: A suction pipe assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve heat-exchanging efficiency by increasing a contact area of a capillary tube and a suction pipe. CONSTITUTION: A suction pipe assembly comprises a suction pipe(10), a first capillary tube(20), a heat transfer pipe, and a coupling unit(40). The suction pipe guides a refrigerant discharged from an evaporator to a compressor. The first capillary tube is formed between a condenser and the evaporator, and guides the refrigerant discharged from the condenser to the evaporator. And the first capillary tube is inserted into the heat transfer pipe. The coupling unit is coupled to the heat transfer pipe.
