<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information output device, a location information output system, a location information output method, and a computer program for outputting various unexpected information about a location. <P>SOLUTION: The location information output device 1 associates location information related to a plurality of locations with a predetermined number of points, acquires numerical values in accordance with personal information on a user from a fortunetelling server device 31 storing numerical values representing a fortune updated daily for each personal information, such as astrological signs, calculates the number of points on the basis of the acquired numerical values, and transmits to a mobile phone 2 location information associated with the calculated number of points, the location information relating to a location in a region including the location of the mobile phone (information processor) 2 used by the user. Thus, information about the location recommended for the user to spend time is output.
