<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular steering force transmitting device having high practicability. <P>SOLUTION: The steering force transmitting device has: an operating member side shaft 54; steering device side shafts 18, 116, 122 arranged so as to deviate from the shaft by a predetermined distance; (a) a projecting portion 122 of the shaft projecting in a rotation axis direction of the steering device side shafts; and (b) a groove 124 formed at an end portion on a vehicle front side of the operating member side shaft. The steering force transmitting device is equipped with a rotation transmitting mechanism engaging the projecting portion with the groove, and transmitting the rotations of the operating member side shaft to the steering device side shaft while changing the difference in rotation phases of those two shafts. An end portion of a body portion 18 of the steering device side shaft and an end portion of the operating member side shaft are superimposed in the rotation axis direction.
