<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit of a matrix device capable of preventing large and instantaneous power consumption from occurring and capable of stably operating. <P>SOLUTION: A data line driving circuit 62 includes a shift register 160; a first data latch circuit 161 connected to an output terminal of the shift register 160 and a data signal line; and a second data latch circuit 162 connected to the output terminal of the shift register 160 and the output terminal of the first data latch circuit 161, the first and second data latch circuits 161, 162 are respectively divided into multistage blocks LAT1, LAT2, each of the blocks is constituted of latch circuits corresponding to a plurality of data lines 68, and different output terminals of the shift register 160 are connected to the blocks LAT1, LAT2 of the first and second data latch circuits 161, 162 belonging to the same stage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
