PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce ringing while restraining increase in blur caused in an image. SOLUTION: A filtering part 22a conducts filtering for k-space data collected utilizing a nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon using a low pass filter for canceling high-frequency component. A contrast converting part 22c conducts contrast conversion for restraining a signal value of a high signal component for an image reconfigured from data subjected to filtering by the filtering part 22a. A restoring part 22d generates an image where high-frequency component canceled by the filtering part 22a is restored from the image subjected to contrast conversion by the contrast converting part 22c using a high pass filter having frequency characteristics equivalent to the substantially inverses of the low pass filter used by the filtering part 22a.
