<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the traffic amount of beacon signals of a virtual radio base station, and to suppress the deterioration of frequency utilization efficiency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The base station 6 configuring a plurality of networks includes: a first storage part 67 for storing the identifiers of each of the plurality of networks; a second storage part 68 for storing converted identifiers for which the plurality of identifiers are converted; a first communication part 63 for transmitting the converted identifiers; a second communication part 64 for receiving a second identifier transmitted by the terminal unit when the terminal unit which receives the converted identifier determines that there is the identifier matched with the second identifier that the terminal unit includes in information included in the converted identifier; and a determination part 65 for determining whether or not the plurality of identifiers stored in the first storage part 67 and the second identifier match. The number of the converted identifiers is smaller than the number of the identifiers, and the information included in the converted identifiers is the information including all of the plurality of identifiers.
