PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the phenomenon that, when a block supporting stand rotates to either or the other edge part, the through-hole of the block supporting stand is located in the outside of the end part of the base stand and exposed to the outside, and to suppress the reduction of exhaust efficiency without using a large-sized exhausting device. SOLUTION: When the cylinder bore 3a (3b) of the first (second) bank 7 (9) in a cylinder block 1 of a V type engine is thermally sprayed, the air in the cylinder bore 3a (3b) is exhausted to the outside by an exhausting device 37 through the block supporting stand communication hole 17c of a block supporting stand 17 rotatable together with the cylinder block 1 and the base stand communication hole 19b of the base stand 19. At this time, an open part 25 projecting from the base stand 19 of the block supporting stand communication hole 17c is shut by a slide shutter 27.
