PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a stable electric connection state by preventing the breakage of a flexible wiring board and drive coils. SOLUTION: A stepping motor includes internal stator cores 241, 242 in which pole teeth 26 are erectly formed at internal peripheral edges of annular pedestals 241a, 242a on which the drive coils 221, 222 are placed, and the flexible wring board 30 which is attached to the stator cores 241, 242, and feeds power to the drive coils 221, 222. On the flexible wiring board 30, extensions 34 are connected to tips of band-shaped parts 32 having wiring patterns 32a, 32b which feed power to the drive coils 221, 222, power-feeding lands 35a, 35b to which winding terminals 221a, 221b, 222a and 222b of the drive coils 221, 222 are connected are formed at the extensions 34, and the power-feeding lands 35a, 35b are arranged in positions different from connecting positions of the band-shaped parts 32 and the extensions 34.
