PURPOSE: A transceiving method going the different kind sub frame at the orthogonal frequency division multiple access system and apparatus thereof reduces the terminal electrical energy consumption by being selectively proceed the receiving operation of the unnecessary control channel and the necessary control channel. CONSTITUTION: A controller decides the control channel mapping rule. The PHICH message generator(1401) is created the message transmitted to the PHICH channel. The RS generator(1417) is created the RS(Reference Signal). The PDCCH message generator(1411) outputs PDCCH control messages scheduler. The PCFICH message generator(1421) is created the message transmitted to the PCFICH channel. The interleaver interleaves the messages of the PCFICH channel and PDCCH channel.
