ONE POINT DETECTION OF ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHY USING MEMS BASED ELECTRODE MODULE

PURPOSE: An one-point detection of an electrocardiography using an MEMS based electrode module is provided to measure an electrocardiogram by forming a ring type electrode and a circular electrode to be one body on a pad. CONSTITUTION: An annular electrode(11) and a circular electrode(31) sense the potential difference of the surface of a physical body. Connecting electrodes(13, 33) supplies a signal, detected through the annular electrode and circular electrode, to a detector. A contact pad(50) is contacted with the annular electrode(11), the circular electrode, and connecting electrode at the same time.
