PURPOSE: A wireless communication host module and a digital apparatus with the same are provided to connect digital apparatuses through wireless communication, thereby enabling other digital apparatuses to transceive data. CONSTITUTION: A connector(110) is connected to the second digital device. An antenna unit(120) is wireless connected to a wireless communication device to transceive digital data. A manipulation unit(130) inputs user input. A controller(140) controls the digital data to be inputted from the second digital device or to be transmitted to the second digital device.
