PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling an output signal from an optoelectrofluidic element using optoelectrofluidics are provided to easily and conveniently control an output signal by irradiating a light source to an optoelectrofluidic element. CONSTITUTION: A device(1) for controlling an output signal from an optoelectrofluidic element using optoelectrofluidics comprises a optoelectrofluidic element(100), a light source(200), a lens(300), a detector(400), and a power supply(500). A sample is located in the optoelectrofluidic element. The light source irradiates light to the sample. The lens collects the light from the light source to the sample. The detector measures a signal output from the sample. The power supply applies voltage to the optoelectrofluidic element.
