<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow effort of user input of presence or absence of a preference with respect to each item in a preference data table to be alleviated, which is because an ITS vehicle-mounted device 17 can transmit and receive data to and from a road side device 15 using the DSRC, the downlink includes information of the preference data table, a user of the ITS vehicle-mounted device 17 inputs presence or absence of his/her preference with respect to each item of the preference data table, the uplink includes the input information thereof and thereby a piece of content included in the downlink reflecting the user preference is selected. <P>SOLUTION: When a piece of content is reproduced, the item number m of the piece of content is identified and then the date and time of reproduction are substituted into an array variable D (m). The array variables D (i) are sequentially scanned (S52→S53: negative→S49).
