GELATINIZED PRODUCT FOR KONNYAKU-USING FOOD, TO BE GELATINIZED WITH ALKALI, THE KONNYAKU-USING FOOD OBTAINED FROM THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE GELATINIZED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinized product free from causing a problem in a mixing process of Konnyaku powder and a food raw material such as wheat flower: and to provide a Konnyak-using food having new properties.

SOLUTION: A method for producing the gelatinized product includes: stirring Konnyaku refined powder with water or hot water, and adding a steeped food raw material and/or a seasoning to the product while the product becomes a gelatinized product, and mixing the product to bring into the gelatinized product. The gelatinized product thus obtained is also provided. A method for producing the Konnyaku-using food includes: gelatinizing the gelatinized product by alkali treatment, and if necessary, further mixing a food raw material and/or seasoning with the product. The Konnyaku-using food thus obtained is also provided.
